My Blueprint Microplastics Test Results: Higher Than Expected

I recently took the Blueprint microplastics test to measure the amount of plastic in my blood - and the results were surprising. The report wasn’t super detailed, but it showed that my exposure was slightly above average. That was a shock, considering how much effort I put into avoiding plastic: filtered water, no plastic bottles, glass containers - you name it. I honestly expected lower levels. Clearly, even with all my efforts, microplastics still sneak in. So now I’m doubling down on strategies to lower my exposure even further.
