My Blueprint Biological Age Test Results: What I Learned
I finally took the Blueprint biological age test, and the results were pretty eye-opening.
Biological age: 35.2 years
Chronological age: 48.4 years
Pace of aging: 0.69 (That means I’m aging one biological year every 17.4 calendar months — not bad!)
Organ system ages: My liver and kidneys were the oldest. My musculoskeletal and inflammation markers were the youngest.
You could argue about how accurate these DNA methylation-based tests are. Fair. But it still gives you a compelling data point and helps track progress over time. For someone who’s been optimizing their health through fasting, sauna, diet, and exercise — it’s encouraging to see the numbers back it up.
