There are a lot of people who look much younger than their age, but…
one person (I just got across his profile) definitely stands out. This is Chuando Tan, a fashion photographer from Singapore. He looks like he is 20-30 years old though his age is 56(!) years. This is what I found about his lifestyle.
Chuando's diet
- He believes that 70% of a healthy lifestyle depends on the diet
- His diet includes eggs, avocado, chicken, fish, rice, and soup
- He avoids coffee and tea but drinks a lot of water
- Sometimes he eats ice cream and enjoys durian
- He doesn't drink alcohol
- Looks like nothing extraordinary, but definitely, it's a clean, protein-heavy diet
Chuando's workout schedule
- He works out 3 times a week for 1.5 hours, though he wants to do 5 times a week
- Chuando doesn't run because of a knee injury but speed walks on the treadmill and swims
Other things
- Skin care - basic moisturizer, nothing special
- He tried Botox around his eyes once some time ago, but didn't like the result and has not done it since then
- He doesn't smoke
- He is not married and has no children
- His height is 6-6' 1 (183-185 cm) and his weight - 176-180 lbs (80-82 kg)
