My New Year’s Resolutions

As part of my New Year's resolutions, my goals are to:

- Reduce my body fat from 12.8% to 10%.

- Gain 9 lbs (4.1 kg) of lean body tissue, increasing from 135.9 lbs to 144.9 lbs.

Additionally, I’m working on improving my flexibility, though I’m still figuring out the best way to measure it reliably and easily.
